Ongoing instructor training ensures that we can provide our students with the best, most up-to-date, and safest instruction. The Rockhampton instructors and students have their own library of Academy books and instructional DVDs.
Levels 1-6: Saturday 9:00am, Botanical Gardens. $5/session.
60 & Better: Monday 9:00am, Botanical Gardens. $5/session.
Friday Seniors: Friday 7:30am, Kershaw Gardens. $2/session.
Qigong by Zoom: Thursday 8.00am, contact for details. Free.

Queensland’s Covid restrictions and the AATC risk management plan require 1.5m social distancing (one person per 4 square metres), recording (name and contact phone number) of all participants, and practising hand/respiratory hygiene. Bring your own hand wash, water bottle, etc. dress appropriately for the weather, UV level and magpie potential.
